I live an hour away so was trying to get as much done as possible via phone and internet. They have a strong Internet sales team, outperformed the other 3 dealers who were in the mix. Overall not a bad experience as far as buying a new car goes.

Mr. Harlow and company offered amazing customer service, and clear customer attention! They were concerned about my needs and found me the perfect truck! Meeting Mr. Harlow and his team was a great experience. He assured me that this visit would be like no other. I'd had my far share of turn-downs, rejections, "maybe you should buy this", statements thrown my way. But today was nothing shy of amazing. I met a my brother in Christ, Jeff (service manager).
