After 2 1/2 months of putting my car in a different shop, being told they found nothing wrong, and still having issues, I made an appointment at Oxmoor Mazda's service department. face process was smooth. Kiana, Tyler, Kim, and John all followed through on their roles effectively and in a very helpful and friendly manner. No hard sales pitches whatsoever and leasing rates that were as good or better than any other dealer I considered for excellent quality. A great experience from start to finish.
